Church Eaton Website is the responsibility of the Church Eaton Parish Council

As a general principal, the site is free to use and does not require accounts to be created.

We may use google analytics to capture generic information about users and user sessions for the purposes of monitoring the use of the site and helping us ensure content is developed accordingly.

The website does not request or capture any personal information. If you are asked for personal information on this website then please ignore the request and let us know. The website does link to 3rd party websites such as Staffordshire Council, some of the local sports and leisure facilities, the village institute etc and these will have their own privacy policies. If you feel any site linked to from this site is breaching reasonable privacy policies then please notify us and we we will consider removing them from inclusion on the website.

The one exception to this is when we run a survey or request feedback. In these instances the information will only be kept to ensure any survey results are not manipulated through repeated submissions, or the false impersonation of another. We will take reasonable steps to ensure any data collected will only be held for the minimum time required and for the stated purposes. At present we hold no personal data of this type.

GDPR sets out certain conditions on holding personal data and criteria as to whether we should be registered. Having reviewed this criteria and the data we hold digitally, together with the various processes and workflows we use within the Parish Council, we believe we do not currently meet the criteria to register.
