In these instances the information will only be kept to ensure any survey results are not manipulated through repeated submissions, or the false impersonation of another. GDPR sets out certain conditions on holding personal data and criteria as to whether we should be registered. Having reviewed this criteria and the data we hold digitally, together with the various processes and workflows we use within the Parish Council, we believe we do not currently meet the criteria to register.
